Small Group Central is eager to help you become a leader; one who can help others grow, help another aspire to be more than they are. But first, you must take steps. Consider volunteering for one or more of these necessary roles.

Small Group Leader - Working with Small Group Central, you select a topic of study to lead, and encourage, in a small group setting. The Leader facilitates the discussions and keeps the meeting flowing. You can either be creative with your own ideas or use resources provided by Small Group Central. You can help someone grow by leading them in a Bible Study. Or, perhaps you have a burdon to heal a hurt by leading in a mending ministry, or possibly an addiction resource. It is important that we fulfill our role as a learer/influencer and help someone reach a new height in their life

Host Home - Open your home to provide a cozy atmosphere for the group to learn in. You have the option to provide snacks or provide a schedule for the group to rotate the responsibility. In this position, you also have the option to observe and possibly assist the leader. This is a good stepping stone for those who have the goal of Small Group Leader.

Small Group Participant - This is a great way for people to get grounded in the Word of God. Another benefit is that the small group setting is a great way to get connected with other people with similar likes. Meet new people, encourage one another, and see how a small group operates.
